Philip Hatfield founded SummitView Landscape & Design in 2016. He started out of his family's home by focusing on small landscape projects and lawn care.
Over the past eight years, the company has evolved from a one-man operation to a full-service landscape company.
Based out of a new location, SummitView Landscape & Design offers landscape maintenance services, new landscape design and installation, specializing in designing and building beautiful custom outdoor living spaces.
The team has installed paver patios, retaining walls, paver walkways, full landscaping with vibrant plants, water features, small patio ponds, fireplace centerpieces, outdoor kitchens, and more.

Our Core Team
President- Philip Hatfield
Philip has loved creating awesome outdoor living spaces for his clients since 2016! He graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Landscape Horticulture. Philip is passionate about the landscape industry and looks to continue growing SummitView into a great design/build/maintenance landscape company. Promoted to dad in 2023, he loves spending time playing with his amazing daughter! In his spare time Philip loves hunting, reading and watching/playing sports.
Brand Manager - Tabitha Hatfield
Working around the shop, online and in Team Support. Tabitha spends most of her time in the new role of mother. Outside of work she enjoys woodworking, drawing, building and DIY crafts as well as reading and spending time in nature.
Office Manager - Debbie Hatfield
Debbie has been with SummitView since 2016. Mostly found in the office, you may see her out and about on a jobsite or two. Outside of work she enjoys being outside taking walks and working on her flower garden. Debbie loves music and has been playing piano for many years. She also loves being a grandma to her wonderful granddaughter.
Foreman - Ethan Rupert
Ethan is on his third year with SummitView and can be found leading his crew on the jobsite. When not working with the team he enjoys fishing and playing a round of golf. A fun fact about Ethan is that he played college baseball before coming to work for SummitView!
Foreman - Keaton Hatfield
Keaton has been with SummitView for over 3 years and freshman at The Ohio State University, majoring in chemical engineering. He serves as a maintenance/enhancement foreman. Keaton enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking outside of work. He also loves playing sports and hanging out with all his cousins.
Landscape Tech - Jonathan Lamb
Jonathan is working into his third year with SummitView. We have enjoyed having him on the team and look forward to watching his talent with landscaping grow. He enjoys riding atv’s, camping, hiking, shooting guns, and hunting. A fun fact about Jonathan is he can wiggle his ears!
Landscape Tech - Trey Hatfield
Trey is almost on his second year at SummitView! We are happy to have him on the team and he’s learning fast. He enjoys playing sports with his cousins and is a fan of the Cincinnati Reds baseball team! Trey also likes to relax by reading in his spare time.
Landscape Tech - Xavier Hatfield
We want to give a warm welcome to Xavier on the SummitView Team. Being his first year he is excited to start with the crew and learn a lot about landscaping. Outside of work Xavier loves playing sports, hiking, and reading. Xavier is a straight A student and recently won a trophy in an archery contest!
